We recently achieved a full planning consent for a private client on this site to build their perfect family home. Taking the existing house that was only 1100 sq. ft., we gained planning consent for a new, classically-designed 5,550 sq. ft. 5 bedroom dwelling whilst over coming significant resistance from the Local Authority.
We have finished the working drawings package and construction is underway with Structure Group being the chosen contractor to bring the client’s dream into reality.
