Set in 3 acres of open paddock we have recently submitted a planning application on behalf of our clients for 25 new dwellings ranging from 800 sq.ft – to 2100 sq.ft. We have worked alongside a great design team as well as alongside the local community to provide much needed housing whilst respecting the amenity and privacy of the neighbouring properties. Considerable care has been given to the sighting of the plots to maximise their day light and their design to fit in with the local vernacular. We have received a positive planning outcome and we shall be moving on to the next stages of development whilst continuing to work closely with our client to achieve the best results possible.
