The Twenty 20 technical team was commissioned to provide construction drawings and to oversee the building regulation submission for a medium size, eight-unit new build housing development for a developer client. The team used its specialist knowledge of timber-framed buildings to provide construction drawings and liaised and coordinated with the timber frame manufacturers as well as the rest of the professional design team and specialist consultants to deliver the project.
