Working alongside our client, Ashbourne Developments Ltd, we recently achieved planning consent for a 6,000 sq. ft Georgian-style detached new dwelling with a double garage. Using a collaborative approach with our clients and the local authority, we overcame significant objections from the Tree Officer to deliver a successful planning outcome. The clients were so pleased with the result that they commissioned us to create a CGI of the front elevation. The project is moving on and will be starting on site soon and available from early 2020.
