Working for a private client, we provided building regulation and construction drawings. It consisted of a 2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension with internal alterations to open the floor space up. The extension provided a new master bedroom with a spacious En suite and dressing room. On the ground floor provided a new family room, kitchen and utility room. The extension needed to be built over an existing sewer which is a common problem with house extensions.
These smaller projects can be more complex than initially envisaged by the home owner, requiring the level of expertise that we can provide.
