Set within 1.2 hectares of former plant nursery site, we submitted an application 17 high-quality detached homes and six semi-detached homes on behalf of our client, who was a well-regarded developer. The site, which was within the green belt had limited frontage and also fell away from the access point – both of these features presented challenges.

As there are significant planning considerations with a site situated in the green belt, we worked closely with the planning consultant, clients and the design team to achieve a successful outcome. The architectural language of the development took influences from the local area so the new development does not feel at odds with its surrounding environment.
