Twenty 20 Architecture were part of the design team that managed to recently achieve planning consent via the prior approval planning application process for the change of use of an agricultural building to form 5 residential dwellings in Berkshire. We worked closely within the constraints dictated by this type of planning application. Twenty 20 Architecture provided all the architectural drawings, graphics and information that went alongside this application. Consent was achieved at the first attempt.
