Twenty 20 Architecture has worked closely with the developer on this project to redevelop an existing one-acre plot into nine luxurious apartments varying in size from 1,100 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft, and designed in the Arts & Crafts style. The property is situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre of Oxshott and is close to its main line station. We are currently working closely with Elmbridge Borough Council alongside the planning consultants to deliver another successful outcome for our clients.
