Working closely with our client Spitfire Bespoke Homes, we provided architectural drawings for a development of 24 new homes on the edge of the Chiltern Hills in North Hertfordshire. The houses were individually designed, taking influence from features and materials that can be found within the nearby village. The application site of 9.5 acres includes six acres of public open space and Scheduled Ancient Monument land.
The scheme provides a good mix of housing types and sizes, including much needed smaller starter homes.
