Twenty 20’s technical team helped a developer with the design and production of construction drawings for a new bespoke detached dwelling in Englefield Green, Surrey.
For speed of construction, high insulation values and maximizing the open plan areas, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) were selected as the main construction method for the walls and roof. This modern, efficient single-skin external wall construction is clad in an ecological composite cladding board, and the roof finished with natural slate to give a clean, crisp, contemporary look to the house.
