A private client recently came to us following some unsuccessful experiences with other architects. They gave us a brief to enlarge the kitchen, family and breakfast area, whilst reducing the oversized utility and plant room. We have revised the design to create an inviting space that is cleverly zoned and provides the client with an impressive vaulted ceiling area. We have re positioned the utility and boot room and extended the garage forward. The clients love the design that is currently in planning with work due to start on site early in 2020 with a contractor that has already been selected.
